Community Care
Advice

Many vulnerable or disabled adults and children are entitled to services to assist with their daily living.  It may be that you or someone you know qualifies for these services.

We can assist in obtaining an assessment to see what services should be provided.  If you are already receiving services, but these are not meeting your needs, then you may require a review of your assessment. If you already have a care plan outlining your needs, but it does not deal with all of your needs then we can challenge the care plan.

Carers are also entitled to an assessment – either in their own right or as part of an assessment being carried out on someone they look after.  We can assist carers in obtaining an assessment.
